He collaborates with an international network of practitioners associated with the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation. He holds the title of Certified Transformative Mediator™ and is an authorized trainer and a board member of ISCT. He conducts mediations, facilitations, conflict coaching, as well as trainings and workshops for individuals, organizations, and mediators. He has extensive experience in team building and development, as well as in change and conflict management within organizations. He initiated the founding of the Center for Dialogue and Conflict Transformation, aimed at supporting individuals, families, organizations, and communities in responding constructively to conflict situations. As part of the Pelikan Association, he coordinates a project focused on incorporating the voice of the child in family mediation.
