I started my adventure with working with the human body in 2007. I was fascinated by how much our actions can affect what happens to the patient's body. Curiosity kept pushing me into new areas and encouraged me to search for such methods and ways of working that would give measurable results, but would also harmonize with my approach and vision of helping others.
Working in a facility on a contract with the National Health Fund allowed me to see the dissonance between what the patient expects from us and what the healthcare system offers them (and us). After several years of working in shifts, with recommendations detached from the actual situation of the patient and the time of therapy strictly determined by the watch, I decided that it was time to leave it behind and in 2016 I opened my own practice in Płock, which I run until now.
Over the years, I have been trying to gradually expand my horizons and knowledge - I attended various courses, trainings, workshops and conferences. I graduated from, among others TM Mc Timoney-Corley, MTG, FDM, FDM in paediatrics, TM in terms of Dr Aleksander Bielecki, Acupuncture with the Balancing Method of Dr Tan, Hirudotherapy, Visceral Therapy, AcuCore - Balance Method. In 2019, I passed the journeyman exam and obtained the professional title of Naturopath.
The breakthrough moment was 2015, when I came to Spała for the first time for the first module of my course to meet a barely known orthopedic doctor and his specific approach to treating people. My eyes were wide open, because the effectiveness was extraordynary. The testing of new knowledge and techniques began. Each day brought more positive surprises, but also new questions. Due to personal reasons, I was unable to complete the full course on the scheduled date, but the seed was sown.
A year later I returned to the Needle Therapy course - again I was surprised what's possible in work with needles in this way and you can treat so many difficult and "stubborn" problems in this way. Needles have become a daily work tool - we fell in love with each other ...
At the end of 2017, I got an offer to assist in Needle Therapy courses, and in 2018 I led this course for the first time. In the meantime, not only the name of the training itself has changed, but also its content. We refined the content and today there are applications that we ourselves use successfully in our offices, and the main emphasis is on practice - what I would expect from such a course.
For over 3 years, I have been successfully adapting the assumptions of the Five Regulatory Concept (FRSc) for the needs of modern therapy of people with neurological deficits - especially after cerebral and cerebellar strokes. In this way, the algorithm of dealing with such patients in terms of FRSc is slowly being clarified, supplemented with algorithms of other methods, such as cranial acupuncture.
In my current office work, I try to combine many techniques - selected so that they are best suited to a specific person and his problem. The core of this work is still needles - I successfully mix the FRSc approach with the approach of Eastern medicine (Dr. Tan's Balancing Acupuncture, Dr. Zhu's Skull Acupuncture). Recently, my therapy has been supplemented with leeches, which perfectly fill the gap in the treatment of both chronic and acute conditions.
Currently, I co-lead DRY NEEDLING course. See you!
