I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education. I carry out my mission in holistic body improvement based on continuous development, constantly participating in training and courses.
An inborn love for sport and an empathic ability to listen to the human body led me to a place where the overriding goal is to help people.
I can achieve this by being inspired by concept-based techniques and methods FRScas well as acupuncture and natural medicine. I want to realize people's dreams of fitness and a body free from any limitations, while at the same time relying on the assumption that the body and mind are one.
