Extended complementary practical and theoretical course of medical leech therapy with elements of FRSc. Author's course by Patrycja Adamek, consisting of 2 modules.
Module 1 - Basic leech therapy will allow you to learn the principles of safe work with patients and is an essential introduction to advanced techniques in hirudotherapy.
Module 2 - Advanced hirudotherapy with complementary therapies is a course consisting of techniques, principles of work and original studies of the most common disease entities that are definitely the most common in a hirudotherapist's office.
Additionally, Module 2 is enriched with a case study panel, on which students will prepare protocols for working with leeches and complementary techniques based on the medical interview and interpretation of blood tests.
Thanks to the innovative program with numerous references to EBM research, it is definitely the most complementary and modern training in the field of hirudotherapy for medical and related professions.
Thecourse is enriched with a number of treatments supplementing hirudotherapy, e.g. FRSc, needle therapy, fire cupping, or therapy of vascular bundles. As the only one in Poland, it includes a comprehensive proprietary post-application repair procedure.
During the course, all the necessary tools are provided: leeches, dressings and hygiene materials, needles, cups and scripts with didactic materials. Before the training, participants will receive a prescript in pdf format by e-mail.
After completing the training, participants will receive a certificate confirming their qualifications and access to purchase leeches in recommended laboratory farms.
Graduates will be added to a closed Facebook group: "LEICHES FRSc for medical professions", where they will receive solid support from teachers and other hirudotherapists in solving difficult office cases. In addition, they will be promoted free of charge on the portal's office map http://www.terapiapijawka.pl.
The course is dedicated to both beginners and intermediate people who have completed other hirudotherapy courses, as well as people who want to take their first steps in leech therapy. It is also an excellent supplement for graduates of the iconic Manual Medicine according to FRSc.
