How to sign up for the training?

If you want to sign up for the training, go to the TRAINING tab and select the course you are interested in. After reading the description and the training program, select the date and place of the training from the drop-down list. Then you should decide whether to pay the full amount at once or only an advance payment (30% of the price). After adding the training to the cart, you can immediately proceed to payment. Complete your details and, after accepting the regulations, make an online payment. The confirmation of the reservation is an e-mail about accepting the order and an e-mail about making the payment.

How much time do I have to make a payment after making an advance payment?

The balance of the order (i.e. the remaining amount) must be paid no later than 7 days before the start of the training. To do this, use the link attached to the e-mail about placing the order. The system will also send an automatic reminder to pay the balance. Failure to pay the balance of the order within the specified period results in the cancellation of the order.

I have paid an advance. How can I pay the rest of the training amount?

System wysyła automatyczne przypomnienie o płatności z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem (14 dni przed szkoleniem). Należy kliknąć przycisk „zapłać teraz”, a wtedy nastąpi przekierowanie do systemu płatności.

Will I receive an invoice for the course?

Tak, faktury wystawiamy zwykle w poniedziałek po zakończonym szkoleniu. Faktury wysyłane są na adres e-mail podany w zamówieniu.

What time are the classes held?

Training usually takes place between 9:00-18:00 (Friday, Saturday) and 9:00-15:00 (Sunday), however, this is not a rule. Please check the training program and carefully follow the information sent by e-mail.

Will I receive a course completion certificate?

Tak, każdy uczestnik otrzymuje certyfikat ukończenia kursu/modułu oraz zaświadczenie Ministerstwa Edukacji Narodowej, ponieważ jesteśmy Placówką Kształcenia Ustawicznego.

Is it possible to obtain a certificate in English / German?

Yes, there is such a possibility. However, this must be reported at least one week before the start of the course.

Is it possible to obtain funding for training?

Tak, realizujemy szkolenia dofinansowane z Krajowego Funduszu Szkoleniowego (KFS) oraz z Bazy Usług Rozwojowych (BUR). Wymagane dokumenty są dostępne do pobrania w zakładce „dofinansowanie”. Pomagamy też wypełnić wniosek, napisz do nas na adres: biuro@frsc.pl

Is it possible to repeat the training?

Tak. Na powtórki oferujemy 50% rabatu od ceny podstawowej szkolenia. Udział w powtórce uzależniony jest od dostępności wolnych miejsc. Kod rabatowy dostępny jest na Twoim koncie w Strefie Kursanta.

I am a masseur technician. Can I take part in the training?

Do you book accommodation?

Nie. Kursanci dokonują rezerwacji noclegów na własną rękę. Informacje o dokładnym miejscu szkolenia wysyłamy mailem. Zapoznaj się z bazą noclegową w Spale and Kraków-Budzyń.

Is lunch included in the price of the training?

Lunch is not included. We provide a coffee break.
