Director of FRSc Academy

I am a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics. My professional specialization is management. I come from Kędzierzyn-Koźle, where I still live and where I met already in primary school Radek Składowski..
I found myself in the environment centered around Radek Składowski in the summer of 2019. Then I visited Radek in Podlasie and there, walking along the charming Biebrza River, we made plans to establish cooperation. Since I started visiting Spała and met a lot of physiotherapists, I noticed an interesting thing. Namely, that my work is not very different from the work of a therapist. The main difference is that physical therapists fix people and I fix businesses. But there are plenty of similarities. Both there and here a solid interview should be conducted, an accurate diagnosis should be made, a therapy strategy should be developed, and then implemented. Both there and here it happens that the compensations associated with the pathological condition are so fixed that restoring the physiological state means the need to use a lot of force and causes a lot of pain. Both here and there, finally, the therapy goes better when the patient cooperates, and the durability of the effects largely depends on changing bad habits. The satisfaction of restoring function and eliminating pain is also similar.
Currently, I am the director of the FRSc Academy, an educational institution whose managing body is FRSc sp. z o.o.
