You will learn how to assess and test breathing habits in yourself and your patients. You will learn how to safely practice your breathing to improve your health and that of your patients. Workshop based on the Buteyko method, extended with additional breathing techniques.

The workshop is devoted to a very important, unfortunately partly forgotten
aspects of health such as breathing habits. Breathing seems so obvious
for us an activity that we don't wonder if the way we do it matters
affect how we feel. Turns out, this is of great importance to ours
health and appropriate changes in habits and exercise allow for prevention and
treatment of diseases, not only related to the respiratory system. Such an important activity for
of our lives, like breathing, deserves a much higher position in the hierarchy
our perception of a healthy person.
The workshop will allow you to familiarize yourself with the simple principles of physiology and anatomy,
decisive for the effective breathing process. You will learn how to evaluate and
test breathing habits in yourself and patients. You will learn how to safely
practice your breathing to improve your health and that of your patients. We will teach you
program breathing trainings depending on the health status of patients and their patients
capabilities.
In the proposed workshop you will learn the working method that allows you to work with:
